Hi - Can anyone help please I have just got my Mavic for Christmas and it is brilliant however none of the cables can reach the Sony Xperia  Z 3 phone mini usb slot as it is on the side - can anyone offer any advice please - I currently have it connected with the big USB port under the control but it looks poor with the cable hanging down - if this is all I can do can anyone recommend the best Android-based phone for the controller please - cheers H

Hey there, I use an old z3 (full size) and picked up a very pliable ribbon like cable at a camera store that I zip tied a bit to tidy it up.  As far as other phones my Samsung s7 fits just fine as would any that have USB on the bottom.

Maplins ... just get one that conects to the bottom usb port on the RC but remember to unplug the side cable from the RC.

Yes it's right angle exit. I already had it. But you can buy them easy on ebay for a couple of dollars.
