It looks like there something yellow maybe sticker on backside of camera.  Is that suppose to be there

It's just a protective film from the factory as part of the packaging.  It's fine to take it off.

Just want to do it without harming the camera.  Irs on backside,  dont think it goes over lens because i been shooting video

Just pull it off and if you find any other stickers with a little lip on them pull them off as well..

it just a protective film, you can remove or leave it.

I removed most of it, on there pretty good, too afraid of screwing up the gimbal  It didn't seem to affect anything one way or another.

I just removed mine as well. I think from the heat of the brushless motor it made the film break up and it came off in two pieces.
And yes, it doesn't make a difference if you remove or leave it.
