I'm new here. MAVIC is my first drone. I bought this Monday and flight only two times. When I takeoff at third time, the aircraft not get the correct altitude, and not stable.

I try to upgrade to resolve, but no effects. I downgrade and not solve.

The radar is enable from remote control, but the CLEREANCE information only show "--"; and on DJI GO APP; the VPS information desapear. The radar signal at DJI app disappear too.

I don't know what can I do to solve it.

I think that's a firmware problem, not physical problem.

Hello ulyssesneto, "Disconnected" means your phone is not connect with RC successfully.
Could you please clarify what mobile device you are using?
Have you tried to change another original usb cable or lightning cable to connect your phone with RC?

Mindy, I just put this screen to show that the VPS disappears at the button.

The radar information, like a proximity sensor, never appear.

I print this without the aircraft.

Look the VPS not show at screen.

VPS is disabled in your screenshots ... have you enabled VPS in the settings?

VPS will also disable itself when the ambient light isnt bright enough.

How Can I enable?

I try turn on ENABLE OBSTACLE but doesn't happen.

Have you looked at the full userguide ? It is very helpful

If you tap on the Red icon it will take you into the VPS setup screen then just enable it by touching the buttons on the right side of the screen.

Look these prints. I tried many options, but no effect.

Ok good but it is night time .. vps ONLY works in good lighting so day time mainly

Or indoors with very good lighting

Also i noticed from you imige that you do not have a memory card in your mavic ... dont forget to put it back in

Besides, neither GPS nor vision positioning is available in ATTI mode.

Thanks all for attention. The DJI replace my aircraft. The problem with the sensors can't be solved easily.

My VPS has been red and disconnected for the past 5 flights tried re calibration and still no dice
Did DJI replace the drone ?

It's better you contact directly DJI to solve this.
