i have problem, yesterday i got this message. i been flying around 18-19 minutes and before i hand catch the drone (drone in front of me distance 1meter) sudenly my ipad goes black, no image from drone camera. and i got message CAMERA SENSOR ERROR. try restart drone, rc, ipad but no hope. still got this message. 'camera sensor error' - 'hard malfunction'
now i try factory reset, upgrade and downgrade FW with dji assistant2 still got the message

drone 8 month old, never crash, and naver have any problem
in my city don't have dji store, so i confuse

i search the problem on internet got many people get this issue, (many people got sensor camera error on DOA) somepeople say the ribbon cable loose frome the socket, is that true? or the ribbon cable broke like got ripped. i see my ribbon cable like nice without anyting damage..

I got a vision system error malfunction. I had to restart the P4 from from 0 power (pulled out the battery) rebooted everything. And it resolved itself. I got it on the Litchi app, not the DJI Go app.

Anyone can't help?

8 months....Thats great. 18-19 minutes per flight..That's great too. My guess is that maybe your battery is getting kinda old.  What does your screen show when you press the battery icon ? What percentage of battery life shows up.  Once a battery gets old it can be very unpredictable. A new battery might be all you need

Try calibrating your sensors using DJI Assistant 2.

yeah i can stiil easly got 20+ minute flight time, depending on the wind..
i have 3 battery, try with all 3 battery still get camera sensor error
