Can anyone help as try so many times and cannot import photos

Forget to say, I am using Mavic Pro and upload to updated firmware for machine and Apps

Importing from where to where? From drone directly to the phone? Could be if you shoot DNG. Can only import JPEG from drone to phone.

Import from SD card to either DJI Go or DJI Go 4 Apps, I shoot in both JPG +RAW, in the past when I used DJI Go Apps, it can import, yesterday is my 1st time to use DJI Go 4 Apps, but strange is, even now I open DJI Go Apps and want to import, it cannot

Is there any error message when you import the image?
Could you please make a short video of this issue?

Hi Mindy,

Sometimes have message something like : Transmission error, please reload , but sometimes, nothing happen

then plug off and reboot iPhone 7 plus, finally ok!

If further have this issue again, will let u know ! Thanks
