One of the limitations of the Standard. I take it you knew this was going to happen!
If you create your flight plan with google maps and import to Litchi mission hub you can setup to fly relative to ground elevation preventing this type of crash. Check out the youtube video How to program Litchi app to fly relative to ground.
You know when planning a waypoint mission, even when using Litchi by itself the relative ground elevation is there to see if you look at the properties of each waypoint individual. Just under "Altitude".
