Here's a quick one.  

Is there a manual zoom facility on the controller rather than using what appears to be the fixed rate zoom in the Go app?

If you're hoping to achieve smooth slow zooming while rolling your footage, simply don't. Not gonna happen... The best you'll get is zoom in or out and shoot, unless you're happy with choppy zooming.

I am considering purchasing the Panasonic Lumix G Vario 14-45mm f/3.5-5.6 Aspherical Mega O.I.S Lens.  Does anyone have experience with the Panasonic versus the Olympus Yukio?  I am flying Inspire 1 and am about to purchase the DJI Zenmuse X5 Camera, I already upgraded the gimbal and have rented the X5 camera and flown it with great results in my videos.  Now I want to put on the Panasonic Lumix to zoom in closer.
Any comments ware welcome.

I bought one of these only to find that it would not mount to the X5. The lens is too wide at the mount to fit on the gimbal.
I also had an Olympus 14-42 which was a complete P.O.S.
If you need to get close images, use an Olympus 25mm or 45mm. They both rock.
