As far as what instrument  to use for prop balancing I have done quite a bit of research and I see this one time and time again being referred. Dynamite Du-Bro Tru Spin Precision Prop/Wheel Balancer but you will need a different rod for your Inspire props as the rod that comes with it will not work. I found a rod that had a clockwise thread on one end and a counter-clockwise thread on the other.  Balancing rod for Inspire. I did not buy mine from this website but I am quite sure than anyone you find will be fine.
