Hello everybody, today I just opened my Phantom 4 and after getting all the things out of the box, I figured out that there were no light on the battery before even using it one time. I tried to charge it for 2 hours, change of side the charger but still no light, if someone have an idea please I don't know what do to
The charger is working fine and remote can be charged, right?
If nothing happens when pressing the power button on battery, maybe it needs to be sent in for evaluation.
May I know you bought it from DJI store or a local dealer?

Hello natalia, the charger is working fine yes, I'm living in Panama(america central) but i bought it in France at the Fnac
Could you happen to provide a small video of how it's behaving?
Had the same issue. Mine wasn't dead on arrival but died after a couple weeks of use. Sent it back to DJI and they evaluated and said it as manufacture defect. Waiting for them to send me back either a fixed or new battery. P4
Sounds like a DOA battery. One thing that has been suggested is to hold the power on button down and plug the charger in. Worth a try before trying to return. Good luck

So there's nothing even with the first press? If so, your options would be to either return the order to the dealer for an exchange or you can have the battery sent to the North American Support Center for a warranty replacement. If you choose to do the latter, the best way to get with a RMA is support.us@dji.com.

I'm living in Panama, could you tell me where is the closest place to have a exchange of battery ?
For Central/South America, the North American facility would be the closest. You can use the contact information I provided in the last post to get started.
