Hi everyone.  Being the proud owner of a DJI P4, DJI Osmo, and now a DJI Osmo Mobile I've noticed on DJI's website that the Osmo Mobile has something called Beautify.  I can't see anywhere in the Go app to enable Beautify, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, will Beautify be available for the original Osmo at any point?

The DJI GO app has now been updated, and works straight away.

Tap on the camera icon, and have mess around with the different options

Maybe get a haircut some new clothes and a nice pair of shoes, lol hopefully it will be available for rep osmo..

The beautify toggle does not turn on, and the buttons below are also not functioning. Seems like they did not do pre-release testing.

Have you reduced your video resolution from 4k?

I had thought that beautify worked with 1080p video by my app will only work on 720p video.

reduced to 1080/60 and 1080/30 to no avail

Tried 720p?

just tried 720 and worked, however even after turning the toggle switch off my only available resolutions are 1080/30 and 720/30 ugh

I had a similar issue, but it would toggle on but not off again and only worked again after shutting the app down and restarting.

Is there a tutorial video for this new functionality yet?

It shows up and works with my Osmo Mobile, but doesn't show up on my Osmo +. When you turn Beautify on, it smooths out the image, gives you the option to lighten or darken the image, and in the selfie mode, lets to slim the image by selecting a drag bar between 0 and 100.

Slim the image? Wouldn't that make the video look squished? ;)
Or does it only affect the face?

It only works on selfie mode so mainly just the face. In my case, it narrows the cheek area.

There is also a selection called "smooth" but I can't figure out how to highlight it!

On the DJI Go screen, look on the right side and select the camera icon. At the top is a selection called Beutify Effects.

you know when you can't see for looking........... its like when i put a sock on and pick the other one up and then start looking around for the other.......   lol..thank you.
