I just got my Phantom 4 Pro. It came with the Aircraft firmware  V.01.00.0150 and when running the DJI GO 4 App, the upgrade message  appears askink to upgrade to the latest version V.01.01.0203. I have  followed the two procedures; the one that uses the DJI Asistence 2, and  the one using the DJI GO 4 App. the process goes well until the end when  triying the final updating phase that appears the sign "Update  Failed"... "Retry after restart the aircraft. Sbmit logs and contact DJI  Supprt if it persist after restart. Error Code (0x020103)"

Re down load the updates and try and install again. DJI say this normally happens when the download file has been corrupted in a slow download. Some people have reported success but have to download 3 to 5 times before the update came down without packet fragmentation

I am having the same exact issue as pstroebel. Brand new P4P, current firmware V01.00.0150, will not update to any firmware version via DJI GO 4 App or DJI Assistant 2. Same error 0x020103.

I was able to solve the problem.
1) formatted the SD card in MAVIC
2) connected MAVIC to PC, and updated via DJI Assistant 2
3) connected RC to PC, and updated via DJI Assistant 2
There are no more problems.

I am having the same problems ad all these guys with a brand new P4P. Ithe won't allow any firmware updates and keeps failing. I have spoke to support and emailed them to no avail. I have even asked for the email you go on about to be sent and they say it doesn't exist? Please help.

Hi everybody.
Today i fixed the problem by myself.
I update all the firmwares from the oldest to newest via dji assistant. Now i have the latest one.
everything seems to be ok at the moment. In a few hours i ll try to fly the mavic. I'll let you know if everything is ok.

Perhaps I had received a corrupted file as well.. Error Code 0x032800 will not update.

I do not know if this will help you or not but I have had similar problem with the Phantom 4 Pro PLUS model, I found that when I hook the controller USB cable to the Quad I have to have the dongle plugged into the Quad if it's plugged into the controller it will not upgrade, I have verified using other cables.  My P4P+ uses a USB to mini USB cable plugged into a dongle USB to mini. These are the cables that came with the Quad. The best to you and hope you solve the problem soon
