my computer lets me sign in but app dosent in iphone or android says check connection is there an update?

Same here.  Went to sync after a flight and got the message.

Same here. Just tried it on DJI-Go 3 and the same error too.

LOL, right?  Did it twice & reinstalled the app hahaha.  Thought I'd check here & voila!  

Same problem. Have you figured out a solution yet?

Yup but both versions of Go have stopped signing in. Obviously something at DJI's end.

same here: want to try register my new mavic, by sign in over dji go the app says: Network not available. Please check your internet connection

Yeah i am trying to register my new drone and the same thing is happening, i was pulling my hair our until i came here....feel much better knowing its not just me.

Works again.

Had same problems and then it worked But now trying to get a care refresh linked to it it claims an unknown S/N - assume a similar issue. Also, after registration should I not see the device somewhere in my account?  Nothing there ...

The system error for purchasing DJI Care Refresh has been fixed, please check again, if still the same case, please send an e-mail to djicare@dji.com with your aircraft SN, we'd like to help you handle it.

I have this problem and fireworks are going to start soon for canada 150 birthday.  DJI i don't want start disliking you

California, DJI Go 4 app won't let me log in. States to check my network.

After trying for some time it just stated working for me in Toronto Canada at 845pm.  

What a waste of a day. Drove 100km to an awesome location and can't fly because we have to sign in first! What's the point of having a drone if you can't take it places to fly it!?!?

Is anyone having this issue today? I can log in to the website, but the DJI Go App is having issues. I enter email and password, but after entering in the CAPTCHA characters, it eventually says "Sign in Failed. Check you network Connection." My phone is connected to the internet. I have tried on wifi and on cell service. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. App is up to date.

Very frustrating.

I just purchased my Mavic today and cannot sign in also.  Says Check Network connection.  If i try a bad password or wrong validation it says those are incorrect which says i can connect.  HELP!!!!

Same here.  Cant use my brand new drone because I can't login to the app.  The entire afternoon has been wasted trying to solve this.

Hopefully they are able to resolve this quickly. I would like to use this Mavic today.

What a freaking joke. Bought my Mavic today and can't even use it.

Same here.  USA.  pretty frustrating. Bought today. Hope this doesn't happen often.   Not impressed so far.
