Anyone having issues logging in to DJI Assistant 2?    I'm trying to refresh my firmware on my P4P and no matter what, it keeps telling me "incorrect email or password".

Tried on 5 different PCs, on different networks.  Tried creating a completely new DJI account and it also rejects it (you can log into DJI web site fine, just Assistant 2 will not let you past the login stage).

Worked yesterday just fine

Still Can't Login for over 24 hours ? This is really making it impossible to email active new products. Maybe DJI should loosen the noose a bit.

Thought i was doing something wrong, just bought a P4P and this is my first time logging in. Glad it isn't me!

Very annoying, because without being logged in, I can't downgrade or refresh the firwmare from the DJI Assitant...

Same here and how is it that I can login to here and not via Assistant 2?
Annoying since a fw upgrade of my P4P seemed all good at first time in DJI Go (ended with success) but now seems to be problematic (after restart, Go still asks for an upgrade and doesn't dispaly any fw version).
I hoped I could fix that using Assistant 2, but no joy

Why the hell is it required to login in the first place? I just wanna update firmware...GGRRRR

This is a professional grade aerial camera.  How are we supposed to rely on this???  I understand servers go down, but for over 24 hours?  Is there any other way to update firmware from the computer.

It finally worked for me! And I was able to get the firmware updated.  You guys have any luck?

I can't login either... I finally got my Mavic this morning after a 2+ month wait and now more waiting! wooo!

Grrrr...same here, still cannot login. I tried password reset (success), and double checked that I can log into the DJI Store web site, as well as the DJI Go 4 app, all success. But NOT the DJI Assistant 2, still says "incorrect email or password" when triple checked all are correct.

Seems this has happened before also...

So... Thousands of us are unable to work or fly. It's been days. WHEN?

DJI making apologies just does not cut the mustard any more, this needs sorting now!

it still doesnt work for me, I am logged in, however, can not see my device in Assistant 2 App

have 4 dJi's, This is not impressing me one iota guys I've attempted login to DJI Assistant 2 now for 24 hours logging then changing passwords thinking it was me or my server perhaps our Firewall, up your game folks.

Ok i have a Temporary Solution to login, apparently its something wrong with the *.dji.com Certificate from his web. Just Trust the certificate on the certificate management (OS X keychain), i don't know how to enable this on Windows PC´s, but i have to trust manually, Open the Keychain, and then look for dji certificate, and then enable Always Trust like this.

Reopen the Assistant  software And then Try it again.
I think this is an error  with the time clock configuration on the local machine, with the differences with time and the OS X is not validating that certificate as a trustable certificate.

DJI you need to get your act together this is way frustrating trying to hurry up and connect to DJI assistant..I have used 2 email addresses the first one will let me by your products and logs in just fine that same email address will not me do firmware updates..So essential I can buy your products but your support site does not work..SOUND ABOUT RIGHT TO YOU ..

Can't log in to DJI Assistant 2. Cannot get the verification code to complete the login.
