I have a Osmo Mobile and all of a sudden my roll motor is stuck. Does anyone know what this problem is and how to solve this?

I am having the same issue.  it is not completely stuck, but it sticks.  It began about 2 weeks after I got the item.  I am going to try to exchange it with the retailer.

I had one of the motors/joints start to squeak like an elastic band within two weeks. It was so loud it could be heard on the videos.  I returned it and got a replacement.  My guess is that it was a seal and could be linked to what you're experiencing as a seal that isn't seated properly could well jam the movement.  Suggest that it's sadly a return and replace issue.
