I'm a new Phantom4 pilot and I'm running into a problem.  When I use the video record function, the phantom says that it's recording and shows the time length of the video.  However, when I import the video from the phantom to my computer the video opens as a video but it only shows the first frame.  For instance, I took an 8 minute video and when I try to play it on the computer, the first frame recorded comes up and stays for the entire 8 minutes.  Has anyone else run into this problem?  Any fixes?
