Dear DJI, when you decide the problems with updates on Windows???
I have installed windows 10 and windows 8.1 laptop neither 1 of them I can't roll back the firmware, which I did not work the camera gimbal, so I can't use a quadcopter...MacBook in this plan all OK, but I don't have IT

Please provide us details for the problem that you cannot roll back the firmware through Assistant 2 installed on windows.
What is the Assistant 2 version? any error messages when connecting aircraft to PC?

I used all three versions of DJI+Assistant+2+1.0.7, 1.0.8, 1.09, everywhere not rolled back firmware, comes download to 100% and nothing happens...usually 100% myself yet, windows sends some error customer Assistant unknown untitled , all, nothing else happens.

antivirus, I tried disabling, still not rolled back and not updated..

Well, it's certainly not a problem for all users as for me Assistant 2, any version, works completely normally, both on Win 10 or my Mac. No difference at all. id you try to completely de-install it and reinstall it ?

I've reinstalled several times , different versions, on different computers, does not help, do not know on what to sin...

Please check the following info on your window 8.1:
1. Whether there is the "usbser.sys" file under "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers”?
2. Whether there is a file named by "mdmcpq.inf_amd64_neutral_fbc4a14a6a13d0c8" under C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\?
If no, please click on the link below, extract it and put the file under "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers",
then create a file naming "mdmcpq.inf_amd64_neutral_fbc4a14a6a13d0c8", then put the "usbser.sys" into it.
At last, please install the assistant 2 again.

But there's no file usbser.sys for Windows 8.1, there is only for XP, win 7 32, win 7 64......

Aloha 1989,

     The last part of what Natalia wrote is how you can create the folder and put the downloaded file in it and the existing drivers folder.  She provides the link for the download at the end of her post.  

     It looks like a two step process.  1.  Put the downloaded and extracted "usbser.sys" file in the drivers folder noted and 2.  then create the mdmcpq.inf. . .  folder and also put the usbser.sys in the new folder.

     If this is wrong Natalia, please correct me.

Thank you so much for your explanation, you are correct.

What aircraft does the op have?  I did not see that anywhere.  Perhaps he is trying to use the software on a P3?

Probably a P4 Pro, as he is posting in that forum.

CONGRATULATIONS! I did it! Found a friend with a MacBook and started the upgrade, first downgraded the version to 01.01.0201, did not help at all, suspension is not working. Then he lowered 01.00.0150 and lo and behold!!! The camera gimbal working!!! I finally updated back to the latest version 01.01.0203 and it works! With Windows I still not understanding why is not updated in any way, all the advice from DJI did not help....5 days I sat with no copter((( But thank God all is well!
