Unit is less than a month old. After 5 minutes of use the device will automatically shut off and go "limp". Phone is still on and recording, no issues there. Battery power will indicate 80% so no issues there...big question: what is the issue?

is this Common? Is there a fix that's known? Any information would be appreciated. This is our first DJI product and I must admit not impressed with our first experience. Any help would be appreciated.
