My P4 battery, only charged 8 times, displays error and could not be used after Drone firmware and DJI Go Apps updates.  Can anyone from DJI help me?

Would you please help confirm the battery SN?
Also you can try to downgrade aircraft firmware through Assistant 2 then check the performance again.

Read similar post before.  Had downgraded to v01.01.0401 and restored factor default, yet error message persists.

Battery SN is 082AD250310CHG.  Bought in Mar 2016 but as spare battery only charged 8 times.
