HELP.  I'm new here. My new phantom 4 GIMBAL not center.
After doing all the calibration and reset and update firmware.  It is still the same. Gimbal point to the left.
Please help. Tq.

IMU & Gimbal calibration should be done after any firmware update carried out on the aircraft.

I would try a firmware refresh & factory reset using DJI Assistant 2 on a PC connected directly to the aircraft using USB, followed by a calibrate (Sensors (via Assistant2), IMU (level surface), gimbal (just after IMU), RC sticks (aircraft off) and compass (open area no ferrous materials close by)).

DJI Assistant 2 can be downloaded from Here. That's a good bookmark with lots to look at.
If still not good after all that then I would ask for a replacement from dealer.

I dont understand how to do the RC sticks (aircraft off)?

Plug display device into RC and power both up. Run DJI Go and select 'Remote Controller Settings' in 'General Settings' menu. Then select 'Remote Control Calibration', move both sticks in all directions several times, also left hand gimbal pitch wheel in both directions.

The aircraft should be off, otherwise calibration cannot be done.

This issue may occur if the gimbal is skewed due to shaking in transportation, and the rubber gimbal ring moves toward one side. To fix this issue, manually rotate the gimbal in the opposite direction of the tilt until it reaches its limit. Do this several times, and the gimbal should be centered.
