I would like to reply to you as well, from reading the post I have the same issue as everyone on here, I have purchased the products I will list below and I have found NOWHERE to register my purchase and or for warranty purposes, I would like the company to know my investments in the products,

Hi there, when you connect the drone/gimbal to the DJI apps and activate and use the product, the device has been registered by the activated account.
The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered, if you may need to use the warranty service, please feel free to contact us. Thank you. |
