Three questions from a newbie doing first flights  

1)  In video settings should I use .mov or .mp4 .  Is there a difference in quality in the highest resolution setting ?
2)  NTSC or PAL in video settings ?
3)  Can anyone recommend a good screen recording app for Andriod ??  I have an LG V20.

I would prefer mov.

#1 .mov if you use apple, .mp4 if you use a PC (but those are not absolutes).
#2 NTSC for N.America and part of S.America, PAL everywhere else
