Is anybody knows how to change still picture resolution.The camera specs say 12MP 4000 x 3000

All my pics are 3992 x 2242 so 9.0MP. I don't see any option to change it.

My JPEGs are 4000*3000 and RAW's are 3992*2992.
What camera settings are you using?
