I have been trying to update new firmeware on my just out of the box DJI 3 pro and it has failed several times. Now when I try to reformat the SD card I'm getting a Warning message saying SD Card Format Timeout.

Ready to box it up and send it baclk. Any suggestions?

If it is the SD card that came with the package, then by all means send it back for exchange, tell them it is Dead On Arrival.

Just to clarify, did you get this from the DJI Website or from a dealer? Does the app ask you to reformat constantly?

I got it from Zoom electronics on Amazon

It doesn't ask me to reformat.

A me ha funzionato per un mese ma poi mi dice "SD card format time out"!
