Please provide an update on CAS-364973-X7G6Y9 ASAP. I've spoken with chat support multiple times and am receiving no support. The package was received Monday and has made no progress. It does not show up under 'My Cases' either. This was a replacement from DJI Care Refresh that was defective upon arrival. It needs to be replaced ASAP.
