I just bought the OSMO+, installed the DJI Go app and it crashes instantly on my Galaxy S7.  Any ideas?

Yes, it's a known compatibility issue between Samsung S7  and DJI Go .   There's currently no solution for this.

Have the same problem on my SGS7EDGE!!!!
When do you plan to solve this issue?

I also bought OSMO Mobile, but my LG G3 & V10 also crashing in DJI GO app…
Search all website that said no solutions… I hope DJI should not said  
that change phone is solution!

I have major issues with the DJI Go app with my Huawei Mate 9. The app freezes when paired with my DJI Osmo.

Tried with my old Samsung Galaxy S3, the DJI GO App just instantly crashes as well. Never had a problem with the old version of DJI Go App which connected seamlessly with my OSMO. Please advise and make it compatible. Right now, my OSMO is practically useless without being able to connect to my Huawei Mate 9 as well as my Samsung S3 phone.

No. I keep waiting for them to fix it. And it's terrible!
I send crash reports to them, but they remain unanswered.

Mine is fixed now. I just uninstalled and then re-installed today. That was all I did and it works perfect until now.
I got a Samsung S7 Edge.

Exact same problem here. This makes my OSMO virtually unusable.
DJI...what's your remedy to our problem?

Please let us know if reinstalling the APP will get it sorted.

I had crash at launch on my Acer iconia tab 8. Not right after update, but after the first flight. I updated then it would not launch. I eventually i back dated to 3.17, and it now launches. Works fine on the inspire 1both as remote and slave remote. However, with the Osmo, the viewer will fade in and out with the page that has equipment, or Connect showing through. With iPhone 6 it works perfectly. I would just like the bigger screen of the tab 8.

I have noticed that every problem we got here is about a Android plateform. Im pretty sure they made this on purpose ( or they dont fix it correctly just because ) cuz they affiliate with apple.... I have a iphone 6s ans it never crashed, never... sorry android...
