I am debating to send my Phantom 3 Adv. in because I think I broke it. Here is the video and now the gimbal is disconnect on the GO app.

Sorry there's no video here. Could you please upload the video again?
Did you crash the aircraft before?
I'd suggest you to replug the 6pin and 8pin cables on the gimbal and do the linking again.
