Hello DJI Ken or DJI Thor,


I am a regular to the forums which is why I am calling out to you directly for some help.  I placed an order for just a Mavic on Thursday and would like to cancel.  I sent an email to [url=mailtonlinesales@dji.com]onlinesales@dji.com[/url] and the response was "Due to great amount of emails, we may not be able to respond your email very soon".  I'm afraid that it will ship before there is a chance to cancel with how busy they are.  Would you be able to help with this please?  My order number is 0010392896883.


Long story short is I was able to get a Mavic Pro combo today.  Any help would be appreciated.
