I have had flawless flights until today.  RTH did its job but it was scary for a bit.

I had intended to play with sport mode in a large field.  Toward the last 1/3 of the flight something went wrong.  I know it says strong interference but it just doesn't make much sense given a rural setting and antenae up and in the right orientation etc.  Was not that far from me and in line of sight.

Have you upgraded FW recently, new phone, new app, flown there before, recent calibrations?

You could enter transmission settings to see if there's interference around. I'd suggest you to fly in a different area to see if it's the same or not.

Firmware was up to date.

Does the data show a complete disconnect from controller or just from DJI Go?

If it was a complete disconnect why did the controller show data?  If the controller was still connected why did it actually auto initiate RTH?  I did not initiate it.

Looking at those logs, it looks like you lost data for a couple of seconds, you also lost gps as you will see marked in purple, so your AC acted as it was supposed to RTH.
Why you had interference is not clear,

If the RC signal or transmission signal lost for 3 seconds, RTH will be activated.
I'd suggest you fly in some other open area and let me know the result.
