My DJI GO 4 app crashes when i switch from recording to taking pictures, does anyone else have this issue?
Also, I can't seem to figure out how to live stream to facebook from my Note 5 cellphone. Am i missing some steps to link them together?

Do you have all other apps forced closed when using the GO app.
Also try to delete/reinstall the app to see if it helps. Sync your flight records first.
For live streaming, look under General Settings, you should see "Live Streaming"

I have tried to live stream, it just says it cannot be done at the time, ill screenshot it when possible!

As for the forced closed, no this is the only app that closes, makes my cellphone freeze too, ill go ahead and reinstall it (after i sync my flight records) and see how it goes.

Also, i just connected into the app to see if i could get the same message for live stream, it says "Livestreaming temporarily unavailable in DJI GO 4" thats what it has always said, i tried the custom and youtube, both seem like they go through.

I'm sorry, there may be a issue right now. Please try again later.

Its been having that live stream issue since my first flight with the drone (mid December). I tried it with the "DJI GO" app and it worked without an issue. Isn't the "DJI GO 4" supposed to be the same as the previous app just including diff quads?

as for the app crash, i just removed and re installed it. I will update when i am able to fly the drone again.

Yes that right.  It never worked for me either . Everytime I tried I always had same message. But my phone is in airplane mode. So maybe it's why. I will try today and see if it make a difference.
Edited. Same without airplane mode.

I've just tried on IOS and it's working just fine.

Works on a Samsung S5 & Mavic just fine.  I just flew.

I did reinstall the app. It still only works on the DJI GO app. not the 4.

I was using  GO4.
Do you have your phone set to allow the GO app access to your photos and whatnot.

yup, has permission for everything it asked for.

Try uninstalling all versions of DJI GO.  Reboot phone.  Install DJI GO 4.  Now try & it should go through the whole logging in with your Google account & allowing YouTube.

That may work, there may have been a permission you missed when you originally installed the GO app.You can also sync your flight records in the regular GO app and delete that app.

I did try that, even deleted the cache and what not before removing the app. Asked for permissions once I receive installed. Still doesn't work. It does how ever, work for YouTube like previously.

Actually sometimes the option isn't showing on my phone, it just disappears.
