Ordered my Mavic on the press release and got it very early. Finally I was about to exchange my big Phantom
I took it out on a spin saturday 14january. Everything went goood and I attached the gimbal cover and clamp as always. Yesterday (15jan) I come home to update the software and the gimbal/camera starts hitting itself. I got the error gimbal overheated/remove clamp. Noticed this was completely wrong so I turned it off not to overheat it. Now when I recorded this video, it also said "obstructed".
I have never crashed the Mavic and used it less then 10 times total. Do you guys have any idea?

Did this happen after the update?
Have you tried to do the gimbal calibration?
Please try to reset factory defaults and refresh the firmware again.
Having this same issue, was there a fix for this? Don't understand why it's started happening?
That is exactly how mine behaved....ended up sending it to repair facility and had to use 1 of my 2 DJI Care Refresh replacements. Small gimbal on these are way too sensitive and not as robust.
