Hi

My p4p+ shows Atti on the in built screen when its in P-mode. Should it not read P-Mode?

If i flick the switch to Sport, it displays sport mode. In Atti it displays Atti mode but when i switch back to P mode it displays Atti.

I did have 17 gps. Home point was set and ready to fly.

I did notice the same whilst powering up RC and AC indoors. Indoors i was getting 5/6 gps satelites. So i thought i ll test when ive picked up more gps outdoors.

Pls could someone confirm what status the mode should display when in p mode?

The RC was showing same before the upgrade too.

In simulator mode. I do get gps, sport and atti. I assume gps is the p mode ?  Does that mean in normal flight mode pmode should display gps?

Yes, it will display as GPS.
Could you please provide a screenshot when you switch to P mode?

I switched on the RC and AC indoors. Picked up 7 gps sat. Today i seen "opti".  Prev i was only seeing "atti" even in p-mode.  Strange.

I later went to the local fields and there i picked up 17 gps sats and but this time "GPS" mode status.

Dont ask me. I cant explain it but it seems to be OK now and corrected itself.
