Just wanted to test and see how well the X5s camera could do with Astrophotography.
Settings: ISO 1600
15mm
f1.7
10 second Exposure

Anyone else take a star photo with this camera.

Given the 10sec exposure time definitely proves that the I2 kept its position very well!!

Judging by the angle of the photo and how clear the picture came out, I assume the Inspire was sitting on the ground and not actually in the air.  I've been a photography for many years, and believe that it would be impossible to get this image from a hovering drone.

Don't get me wrong.. its an amazing shot!!

Thanks Perspectrum. have you tried lowering the iso and pushing the seconds up further? I am still waiting for DJI to send me the correct props and my bird has been grounded since arrival.

I have but the results haven't been the best. Too much motion. The stars become streaks or blurry.
