Judging by the angle of the photo and how clear the picture came out, I assume the Inspire was sitting on the ground and not actually in the air. I've been a photography for many years, and believe that it would be impossible to get this image from a hovering drone.

Don't get me wrong.. its an amazing shot!!
The Photo above was taken from the ground. Here is a picture taken from the sky.
Thanks Perspectrum. have you tried lowering the iso and pushing the seconds up further? I am still waiting for DJI to send me the correct props and my bird has been grounded since arrival.

I have but the results haven't been the best. Too much motion. The stars become streaks or blurry.
