I'm struggling to get the cover to shut on the USB port at the front of the aircraft.
Has anyone got any tips for getting it closed? Would like to keep the dust out.

Same here too I tried about a million different ways of closing it and it's ok but didn't close solidly.

Me too since day one.

I am also a member of the club.

I don't know what kind of voodoo I used, but I was able to get mine to snap shut, and it's flush.......... don't breath..... It might pop back open.......   From what I could see, the little black blocks have to wedge in between the usb board pins and outer metal housing.

Hah! I finally closed it. The trick is to start from the back (left side) and then it clicks in.
