I need some help. A few days ago I got the dji osmo mobile. I'm still really fascinated about it, but i also dedected a really painfull surprise!
I can just record Videos up to 1080 pixels. My mobile phone could record 4K. This is just so a shame for the dji go app. I've done some reserch on the internet. Some android users are now able to record 4K, but not me. I have a Sony mobile. Is there a solution? An updated version of the App or some add-on files for the app?
Yes, i could use just the gibel system with the normal camra but then some cool features are not suported. For example the motion-tracking.
I hope for advices, since the dji support was not of much help.

Looks like 4k video only supported on very limited phones,  like samsung s7. It does not supported on many phones,  like note 4.

DJI should publish the list of phones which DJI GO support 4K VIDEO on it for user reference.

Dont use the DJi App to record 4k, use your device app

And have you tried the long exposure feature with your Sony mobile? Does it work? Because it doesn't work in my Xperia Z3...

I havent record  witb 4k yet i will try it soon
