I just got my Phantom 4 Pro. It came with the Aircraft firmware V.01.00.0150 and when running the DJI GO 4 App, the upgrade message appears askink to upgrade to the latest version V.01.01.0203. I have followed the two procedures; the one that uses the DJI Asistence 2, and the one using the DJI GO 4 App. the process goes well until the end when triying the final updating phase that appears the sign "Update Failed"... "Retry after restart the aircraft. Sbmit logs and contact DJI Supprt if it persist after restart. Error Code (0x020103)"

Definitely didn't come with an attachment.

I am in the same boat. I still cannot upgrade my firmware on a brand new P4P. I received an email from support telling me to "try upgrading again" with a cut-and-paste instruction on how to do an upgrade....sigh.

If there is some magic BIN file that fixes this, please email it to me at allanc45@hotmail.com

May I know you have the same error code (0x020103) or not?
What's the percentage it went until it said" failed to update"?

Yes, the same error 0x020103.

If I recall it was about 65%, then it appears to reboot, then it says 100% for an instant, then shows the failed to update error.
