Hello everybody,

I just unboxed my P4P today and I did :

  

  

- iPad IOS Update

  

- Installation of DJI GO 4 Application

  

- Remote Control Update

  

- During the Aircraft Update V01.02.0304 I had an error 0x020903 (screenshot attached)

  

  I tried the process several times but still the same error

  

  I tried to downgrade to V01.01.0203 successfully but now when I start the Drone the camera move up and down.

  

  I don’t have any preview on the App, the Aircraft status is disconnected and the Gimbal status too.

  

Could you help me ?

Olivier, please try to upgrade it with Assistant 2 and check whether it can be done successfully.
If still the same case, please export the upgrading log as tutorial below, we'll help you check it.

Thanks Natalia but I can´t find any log in this location.
The firmware upgrade failed several times, first time at 99%, second time 100%, third 24% with the same error.
Impossible to upgrade or downgrade the RC with DJI GO 4 or DJI Assistant 2.

Can you try to upload upgrade log to server?
When it failed to upgrade, you will see a button on the screen to upload the log to DJI, then provide me your APP account (e-mail), we can also check it .
What is the current firmware version for RC? please make sure internet is great and do not exist DJI GO 4 during upgrading.
Have you tried different mobile device to have a try?
