I submitted a ticket a week ago on Wednseday, I still have yet to hear from DJI.

Yes support response time is quite long, I did my on Friday last week and also no reply since than.
Mindy what is best way to contact support: i did mine via mail at DJI support page.

Hi Mindy, no I didn't receive any email from them yesterday, but I tried sending them a message yesterday. Not sure you mistaken my reply for there's.

We already gave the DJI Care refresh purchase permission of your SN (08QDDA7A1200VN ) for another 72 hours. You can try again to buy it from our online store now.
