This is from DJI's FAQ on Care Refresh coverage. This part "DJI Care Refresh only works within one coverage region" doesn't make total sense...
Q: Does it mean that if I purchase my drone in Canada and Refresh but take the drone to Europe and crash it- then I won't be covered (i.e. what is intented by 'coverage region'? ) ?????
In other words, is your coverage valid if an accident ocurred outside the country where you bought the drone from????
No, it doesn't matter where the accident happened, but you need to bring the drone to the country/region that you bought DJI care to claim the payment, Canada in your case.
