Hello all,

I received my new osmo+, everything works but I was trying to do pan and tilt on my phone but whenever I drag my finger on the screen it just goes to other settings screen. I use iOS and 6s plus  phone.
Do I need to change anything before I can use those features.

Side note I recorded my selfie video just to try, video and audio are so out is sync.

You need to hold your finger still for a second to activate the drag mode, a blue circle will appear, then you can pan and tilt with your finger.
Make sure you update to the latest firmware, the audio sync fault was fixed with the latest version.

Thanks for the quick reply, I updated all the firmware yesterday as soon as I got it. I still have audio sync issue
