I have an issue with my Osmo. When I turn it on, the power/status light goes green as expected, but within 4 seconds it turns solid red and the Gimbal stops spinning.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this on my end?

Hi, that isn't sleep mode, red led means that maybe something to do with the battery. Test the battery for correct voltages, is it fully charged? Do you have another battery to try?
In hibernation/sleep mode the right hand led will breath green.
It maybe a Osmo fault there have been a few cases of this problem. It may have to be sent in for repairs.

I have the same problems with mine.
Dont know what to do.

26th Dec 2020, ours is now showing the same issues.  Does anyone now a fix other than send to a DJI outlet, on Christmas holidays and would like to capture the moment.
