Some one said on another post, but hasn’t come back to me to clarify yet, that if you swap out the tall middle ARGtec 5.8G RC aerial with this you get better range. Anyone else agree.

No one out there ever used this.

I have a flat panel 14dbi 5.8 coming to fit instead of my stick. Basically after updating to 1.8.10 FW - my range has dropped and I'm not happy.

Video is still there but control signal is failing ....

So many people are saying this 1.7.9 didn't do it for me and now 1.8.10 seems so bad for lots of people.

Would you mind me asking what one you have on order and where from as I am interested in the 14dbi bit, am I right in assuming the higher the dbi  the better.

Hi Nigel any news on this because I was just about to order a 11dbi flat panel but you are getting a 14dbi. Is it just a matter of swapping the middle ARGtec aerial with this one by just screwing it in and do you think range will be better.

No one got any answers to this please as I won't to order one tomorrow. Thanks.
