Has anyone every got this warning "Battery Cell Broken"? The app still show all cell are full and green?

I bought the unit from a friend.  It has less than 10 flights. I get the same warning in the DJI GO app

Sorry that we are not able to analyze the data from third-party app.
Would you please upload the screenshot from DJI GO?
Also please try to discharge it then charge it again, and check battery info on DJI GO, thank you.

The DJI app says the current status of the batter is "Cell Broken" and tells me not to use the battery and contact DJI Support. The battery has only been charged 11 times.
The first cell is 4.07v the remaining three are 4.22v 4.22v and 4.20v.
Not sure what other info is needed to help resolve this.
