Hi,

I have a "small" issue but this could turn into a serious problem. As you can see on the picture, I noticed the 90° angle "lock" that prevent the gimbal plate to fall is broken.
The gimbal always holds very well without since the "lock" is there only for safety, but it would be a shame to lose it in flight.



I saw on a french forum that it already happend to someone else.
What can I do ?

sorry,  that happen,   but do  you have any idea what might have happen,,   hit anything?  or  try to start it with out removing the clamp,   Not to try to sound bad,  but  Your additional info could  help  prevent it,   looking at mine ,  it looks like it would take something major to break it,,,   hope you get it fixed soon,

I don't know if your distributor has parts, you can contact them and ask.
The easiest way is to send it directly to DJI.

Solved.
I returned it to my distributor, they will send me a new one.
Here I'm back again to wait another month
This small gimbal hook seems to be very fragile, I am not the only one to whom it happened.
Do you know what is this piece made of?

I believe it's made out of plastic, it's for sure not metal.

Indeed it's metal at all. Strange they chose "plastic" for this important piece.
