Yesterday when charging batterry #2 of 3, the 4 four lights remained on after disconnect from charger.
They would not go out at all. Plugged into Mavic which instant started. Removed and sat aside.
Half hour later the lights went out, thinking overcharge.

Today i flew down at the beach and left battery #2 until last of 3 used.
Upon reaching 30% the Mavic flicked straight into RTH and headed off down the beach ignoring my controls somewhat.
Paused from RC which worked and then returned manually to me for landing.

My Settings are 30% low level warning and 15% RTH.
Both batterries #1 and #3 behaved as expected when reaching 30% today.

I guess my question would be has anyone else seen this and can i reset the battery FW in an effort to find why it has changed settings?
No upgrade was offered when plugged in, so im guessing the FW version checked out.

Any ideas?

Bump.

Any gurus with suggestions ?

Less wind predicted tomorrow so i will test it again and see if the glitch persists.
It did charge properly last time, so it will be a good test.

I would suggest to update the logs to healthy drones so all the experts around can take a look at them and see if an issue can be identified. Other than that, are all your batteries updated?

Hey Bent

Sounds like you are not the only one with this issue. Has you had any changes? DJI is on the CNY break and will not be of any help right now...

Not sure I would trust this battery.
Keep us updated when you find a root cause

No sorry. Been too windy and ive been too lazy to test since.

Just to clarify, all 4 lights are yellow and remain on after charge. The battery is on and cannot be turned off. The lights eventually go out by themselves and the battery returns to normal operation but, it seems to have effected the stored parameters such as RTH operation.

I will update soon.

Well this battery finally packed it in a fully discharged itself.

Sending in for inspection, hope what ever the problem is, that it is obvious to the techs inspecting it.
