I have had a number of issues with my previous Mavic Pro Drone (DOA Camera). I finally received a replacement unit today, however now need to discuss moving the serial across on my DJI Care Refresh Package, and discuss what will be done to extend the Care Refresh to cover the period where I haven't had a working unit.

Emailed DJICare 8hrs ago, however no response so far. How long does the response take, and can you confirm that the new serial is anyway covered from the point of sending the email?

DJI Care have emailed back, thank you, however will not adjust the Care Refresh Duration, even though the previous Mavic was DOA? Could you provide comment please.
