I have a Phantom 4 pro on the way but I had a Phantom 2 vision plus that I exeperinced a flyaway an crash with. Actually my unit rotated/flipped 180 straight down and flew straight into the ground about 50feet away from me. A manunvuer that can not be dupicated on the controller via the user controls. DJI fixed at no charge after I submitted proof.

If it's still happening I'm wondering if anyone or DJI has found the reason. It would have to be a base or fundamental problem with the radio or GPS system to keep happening over all Phantom generations. I wonder if the satillities themselves can be causing it or some outside interference on the radio bands.

I hope they figure it out. There is alot of anxiety when you fly knowing that can happen. All it would take is a serious injury or fatailty in the news and here comes some new laws or regs for everyone.
