Number one rule..

No jello eating while flying  

There are so many users with this or a similar problem. You can try the usual and you might be lucky, that is a Gimbal calibration (make sure the drone is on a flat surface) and reset the camera settings. Failing that go online and chat with support. They will probably advise you to return it for repair. Best of luck.
