Drone of 2016 would imply that they actually delivered some then. But I'm sure it will be the drone of 2017 (when mine finally arrives).

Ahh negative chief, just trying to be positive because their alot of negativity on the forum, plus its the Chinese New Year and I have a few Chinese friends from various places in China, also DJI does bring out nice kit.

When you're back, I have something to share regarding DJI Assistant 2, version 1.0.9.

Mavic vision sensor calibration on my Dell Inspiron 3000 laptop hangs at 85% for half an hour every time I try it. Mavic is on latest available firmware as of this post.
Another thing I found: In 1.0.8, it claimed my laptop's 12-inch screen was too small to calibrate, but now it lets me do the calibration process even though it hangs at 85% every time so far.

Also, I found that it will always say "Incorrect alignment method" if the Mavic is connected through a USB 3.0 port, but lets me try calibration if the Mavic is connected through the USB 2.0 port.

This seems weird to me.

So I wanted to let someone know.

In the new update they launched in January 2017 through the program dji assitence 2 for Phantom 4 update from the pc and since then it does not work keep them from gimbals everything else is correct the gps works the dron flies and responds to the radio controller the camera It looks with good clarity the return home everything works fine except the gimbals I've been contacting through the chast through gmail over the phone and they are not treating me well and nobody gives me a solution. This aircraft has 3 months and cost a significant rise and I think they are not proving this to the height of the price that sells because at that price should be covered a good technical support and I say that this occurred through the application dji assitence 2 that is the official. Also observed that from this problem the update of January 2017 to disappearing from the dji assitence 2 but anyway I have screenshot of this event. I even had the request echo of the inspire 1 v2 and as you will understand it is canceled since its technical support does not give much confidence.

Note that I tell an anecdote the first parrot album that entered Spain was mine and came faulty and after contacting my supplier to my surprise I received a phone call and it was a good news since I was calling the very representative of parrot Spain and invited me to do some tests with the team and quickly recognized that the equipment was defective and the next day a parcel and I made the entry of the amount in my account that with that money was with which I bought your phantom 4 and I do not ask them to give me back the money so I ask that if they made a mistake in the January 2017 firmware update that they recognize and restore my computer, I think it's just what I'm asking and that I'm not giving shelter from side to side That I have 51 years to suffer this I am suffering and I am losing the expected that your technical support do what it has to do.

Can certainly understand a national holiday...  Did what was suggested on sending a request to the US office....  Here it is the 3rd of the month, 3 or 4 days after sending a request and STILL have not heard a peep....  SOMEBODY was supposed to be reviewing flight records from 12 days ago, all of the initial customer service responses say 1 to 2 days wait to get an answer (obviously a canned response)...  Still waiting..
Completely LOST a P4 due to a in flight loss of power and dropping into the river.  Out $1200 plus all the extra batteries I bought as well as other DJI accessories which are just sitting there, unusable.

Lets hope it will be a happier new year for the many frustrated customers world wide?

So my order from apple uk update.

Ordered with apple uk online with a delivery time of April-May. Order still pending and ordered on the 18th January.

You ordered 23rd and had your drone already. You are also uk.

So what I done this evening is ask my partner to order the whole lot again but on her apple account and also using her student discount. We ordered Mavic Drone and also an extra battery. Whole lot come to £975!! (Drone alone is £749).. but even more interesting the delivery is saying 4 April- 20 April!

If apple email us back we confirmation of the student car being excepted I'll cancel my order and hope to get it sooner, cheaper and with an extra battery. Oh also not forgetting the £99 cheaper from apple and not DJI and also the fantastic apple customer serivce you get with anything sold.
