Good morning,
On Monday, January 23 I sent a support request to DJI to transfer my DJI Refresh plan for a Phantom 4 Pro. The support request number is 405795. The request is to transfer a DJI Refresh plan from a Phantom 4 Pro to a replacement Phantom 4 Pro. The first aircraft had to be returned to the retailer becuase of a manufacturing defect--howling, twitching gimbal.
The support request contains all important information including: details as to what was wrong with the first aircraft, what was done to get the first aircraft to work propertly, receipts for the two aircraft, serial numbers for both aircraft, and the DJI Refresh plan for first aircraft.
I am delighted to report that the new aircraft is working properly and I am happy my purchase.
Please help me get the DJI Refresh plan transfered to the new aircraft.
